Justin David "JD" Phillips, age 33, of Apple Creek, died Thursday, December 30, 2021, at Aultman Hospital in Canton, following a one month battle with COVID.

Justin was born on June 29, 1988, in Orrville, to John David Phillips and Cheryl (Moore) Phillips and attended Orrville High School.

He worked as a grill cook for McDonald's on Lincoln Way in Wooster.

Justin was a music enthusiast and he loved playing drums, guitar, and going to concerts. Justin was born in Leominster, MA on July 13th, 1973, to Karl Phillips and Linda Bourque (Bilodeau). Echovita offers a solidarity program that gives back the funds generated to families.
